Marine Livestock Dead on Arrival (DOA) Reporting Policy

This Policy must be Adhered to Correctly, Failure to do so may Nullify your Claim.

In the unlikely event of your order being DOA, Please Contact Us Within 1 Hour of signing for your delivery.

Also within 24 Hours of your delivery you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the Marine Livestock in its original container, Still in water.

Please Note: Photographs taken out of water will not accepted as some Marine Life can look distorted / Dead out of water.

Without clear photographic evidence, we are unable to process a claim.
Please make sure all pictures are clear and not distorted in any way.

Claims will be Void for the following reasons:

• Failure to be present to sign for your parcel on the first delivery attempt. (DOA Claims will be Void)
• Failure to Follow The Japanese Koi Company's Reporting Procedure. (All Claims will be Void)         
  

On Receipt of satisfactory evidence that the Marine livestock is DOA, a credit note will be issued.
